We are of the William Riley Whitten group, through my grandfather Cammillus L. Whitten who died at Bodcaw, Ark in 1920 or 21, and who is buried in Union Cemetary just north of Bodcaw, where several other Whittens are interred. My father, Vernon Horace Whitten, was the youngest of 3 girls and 5 boys.
My Great Great Grandfather is Levi Whitten; Great Grandfather is Robert Morgan Whitten; Grandfather is Barzilla Graves Whitten; Father is James Bonner Whitten.

Looking for a Caroline Whitten who married a Mathew James Lewis. She was supposedly born around 1832 in Alabama. She lived with Mathew in Mississippi. They had four children.
